Nine months before the first batch set sail, The Accelerator launched an international job placement programme in partnership with TCMT Marine Services LLP, creating a pathway towards opportunities aboard Singapore's Aegean Paradise cruise ship.

The initiative brought together training and international career opportunities for aspiring professionals from Sikkim and beyond. The first selected batch set sail on 8 January 2025, marking an important step in the programme's journey.

Bhupendra Gurung, Co-Founder & CEO of The Accelerator, shared the ambition behind the initiative: This program opens global career paths for talented individuals from Sikkim and beyond.
